I truly enjoy and love hearing every client’s story. I am grateful to be trusted by clients while they share their stories and lives with me, which evolves into personal growth and subsequently changes. It is an honor to be allowed into another’s journey, one which I do not take lightly. Your goals for your life become the goals which together we will work towards together.

While my experience is varied and by no means limited to the following, I have much interest in working with those who have experienced trauma as I have been certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprogramming) and have witnessed so many clients heal from the wounds they have suffered, those who have been diagnosed with a health condition or those who have become the caregiver for a loved one whose health is declining, those experiencing grief after a loss, and those who have a minor or adult child, grandchild or family member with a developmental disability.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort in which I am an active participant, and I hope that you will allow me to be a part of your journey towards growth and self-discovery.
