Practicing Gratitude

With all on our minds and hearts these days, it is so important for us to remain mindful of all that we have to be grateful for even if it is only things such as indoor plumbing, which we all realized was so very important during the 2021 Winter Storm in Texas.  Everyday if you can wake up and state three things you are grateful for before venturing out into this very busy world filled with so many to-do lists, you will notice that there will be a shift in your thoughts and emotional state.  The days that I forget to practice gratitude, I notice that I approach my to-do lists with a more resentful stance.
